Can you duplicate our corporate logo/design with exact detail?

We can duplicate your logo or design exactly.
The amount of detail will depend upon the actual size of the embroidery.
All colors can be matched to a Pantone Process Color Image Guide.

Is there a set up charge?

There is a one-time set up fee for either left chest/hat size and/or a full back design..
This price will depend on the complexity of the design.

We will digitize your artwork and send you an actual sewn sample for your approval.
We do not do any production until it is approved.

Since it is less expensive to make a left chest design rather than a full back design, can I enlarge my left chest design and use it as a back design?

No. The demands and detail in a jacket back design are completely different from those in doing a small front.
This means you will need separate designs for front an back logos.

Do I have to have a custom made design? Does my design have to be a totally unique creation?

No, we have over 15,000 stock designs to choose from.
We also have an incredible selection of typefaces to choose from.

Is there a minimum order, and, if we order a large quantity, is there a minimum or re-orders?

There is no minimum on any orders, including re-orders.

Once I place an order, how long does it take?

Normal turn around from receiving an art sample is seven working days.
Once approved, production will depend upon the quantity ordered. Producing one item, generally takes less time than 100.

Can I get a rush order?

Absolutely. We specialize in rush orders. Please call us to discuss your time frame, and we will do our best to make it happen.
